Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in the session being considered utilized or a cancellation fee being applicable.
• In case of a “no-show” without prior intimation, the appointment/session may be forfeited.
• Late arrivals may lead to a shortened treatment duration to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
• Prepaid packages and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

At The Wellness Ed, every treatment, therapy, and wellness service is thoughtfully reserved and customized for our clients. Due to the nature of our services, products, and advance scheduling commitments, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

• Payments made toward services, packages, memberships, consultations, or products are non-refundable.
• Once a treatment package or session has been purchased, refunds cannot be processed for unused, partially used, or missed sessions.
• Products purchased are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
• In exceptional cases, management may review concerns at its sole discretion; however, refunds remain outside our standard policy.
